Dr Nadine Watson
Senior Lecturer in People Management
Nadine is a Senior Lecturer in People Management and is Subject Head for Organisation’s, Work and Digital team. She is a passionate educator whose work spans curriculum innovation, student experience, organisational change, and leadership development.
She has extensive experience leading strategic projects across higher education, with a particular interest in inclusive learning, employability, change management, and the use of emerging technologies to support teaching and learning. Her work brings together scholarship and practice to enhance both staff and student experiences.
Her research interests focus on the experiences of learners as they navigate their transition into higher education, and she is interested in the wider impact of management knowledge education.
