Procurement, Logistics and Supply Chain Management Specialist.
Yiannis is leading the Supply Chains, Procurement and Project Management group at Salford Business School. He is also the programme leader for the MSc Procurement, Logistics and Supply Chain Management (CIPS and CILT Accredited). Yiannis holds a BSc (Hons) in Manufacturing Systems, an MSc in Quality Management and a PhD by Published Works. He has published several articles in prestigious international journals in the areas of Forecasting, Operations, Project Management, Supply Chains and Logistics, and has a number of papers included in refereed International Conference Proceedings. He has also assisted a number of organisations in developing and implementing best practices on process optimisation, supply chain development and project management. Organisations include Silentnight, Cleveland Guest, Trafford Council, Manchester City Council, Salford Primary Care Trust (Salford Clinical Commissioning Group), Cleveland Guest Engineering Ltd, Kawneer UK, Brother International and more.
Yiannis is a visiting professor at the following schools: KEDGE (Bordeaux Business School), NEOMA (Rouen Business School), Sheffield University MBA, Manchester University MBA, Riseba (Latvia), ESDES (Lyon Catholic University).
