Research Associate – Digital Transformation

Saomai Vu Khan holds a background in Law, having earned an LLB in European and International Law followed by an LLM in Law at the University of Salford. With a profound interest in International Legal Theory and International Humanitarian Law, Saomai’s focus lies particularly on the legal frameworks surrounding the possession and use of nuclear weapons. Her interests also extend into the digital sector bringing her into our Digital Transformation team.

Presently, Saomai collaborates with Angel Jimenez on a project aimed at advancing the understanding of wrist actigraphy algorithms. Their joint effort involves crafting a comprehensive literature review on existing algorithms and contributing to the development of a novel algorithm tailored for predicting and analysing patients’ sleep patterns with greater precision.
