Digital Skills Survey Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
1.1. The prize draw is open to individuals who:

  • Are residents of the United Kingdom.
  • Are aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
  • Complete the survey in full before 30 April 2025.

1.2. Employees of the Centre for Sustainable Innovation and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

2. Prize Details
2.1. The prize consists of a free place on one of the following programmes offered by the Centre for Sustainable Innovation:

  • Help to Grow Management Course
  • Innovation Labs
  • Another suitable programme as agreed and ultimately decided upon by the Centre for Sustainable Innovation.

2.2. The winner must claim their free place before 8 May 2025.

2.3. To claim the prize, the winner must represent a small business that meets the entry criteria of the selected programme.

3. Programme Availability & Allocation
3.1. The Centre for Sustainable Innovation cannot guarantee programme availability at all times. The free place is subject to availability.

3.2. If the winner’s preferred programme is unavailable, the Centre for Sustainable Innovation reserves the right to allocate them a place on the most relevant and available programme at its discretion.

4. Winner Selection & Notification
4.1. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible survey respondents.

4.2. The winner will be notified via email or phone within 7 days of the prize draw closing. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the Centre for Sustainable Innovation reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

5. General Terms
5.1. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

5.2. The Centre for Sustainable Innovation reserves the right to amend or withdraw the prize draw at any time without prior notice.

5.3. By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions. The decision of the Centre for Sustainable Innovation is final.
